Pipe Clamps Rubber For Suspending Spiral Duct In Ventilation System

The material used to manufacture our ventilation pipe clamps with
rubber is galvanized steel
DX 51 D+Z80, DX 51 D+Z275, with PVC rubber. It comes in sizes from
80mm to 1250mm. The
width is 20 mm for Dia 80 – 400 mm and 25 mm above Dia 400 mm and
the thickness is 1.8 mm
under Dia 400 mm and 2.5mm above Dia 400 mm. Our ventilation pipe
clamps with rubber also
have a quick locking system on one side from 80 to 400mm. The
locking screw is M6x20mm from
80-400mm, and M10x25mm from 450-1250mm. Last but not least, the Hex
nut is M8/M10 for
80-400mm, but also available for 450-1250mm upon request. The
Maximum suspended weight
for 800kg is from 80 to 400mm, and for 1000kg from 450 to 1250mm
(if there is a hex nut – upon
request).
Pipe clamps are two-piece circular pipe clamps fastened together
with a pair of steel bolts.
They are used for suspending the spiral duct in the ventilation
system.
